Comprehension of time

There is no time. There are only changes caused by energy transformation by itself or through matter and change of state and phase of matter by the aid of energy. Time sense is absent in deep sleep and wakeful sleep conscious states. Time sense and sense of passage of time is present only in wakeful and dream conscious states of mind.

Time sense is created by humans for cultural and civilization purposes. Time is as incomprehensible as Divinity and is comprehensible if proper perspective is developed.

Movement, change and becoming are alternatively termed as time as the process is observed and under consideration. Physical and psychological times are formed through energy transformations. The forms of energy vary depending on phase of matter and dimensions of space where the processes take place.

Both natural sciences, social sciences and philosophy and spirituality still have not come to a final and one understanding of time.

Varied insights and comprehensions about time confuse rather than clear the concept.
We must first mentally be prepared for a out of the routine idea and concept of time. Then nature, structure, form and construction time will be gradually comprehended.
