Mr. Haasan's Politics

Mr. Haasan wants to wear the mantel of Dravidian ideology (anti-brahminism) the brand of Tamil regional parties. It need not be surprising given the ability of understanding and imagination of Mr. Haasan. Already we are divided every where in India on various pretexts. Mr. Haasan might be feeling his fledging party could get some votes on Dravidian plank only.

Dislike for persons and traditions of the land cannot be a safe ground and basis to root a political party. The ideology should cover all Indians and the idea of India as a nation. Emotional integration is the need of the hour. We are all already suffering the ill-effects of divisive politics.

It is not easy for Mr. Haasan to wear the mantel of Dravidianism because he is already having competitors for that divisive ideology in the form of his state's fellow regional parties.

Wish this kind of tribe of divisive politicians will not succeed in further dividing Indians.

Religion and language

Religion is necessary like the language. We have many languages and so many religions. Language felicitates communication and literary creation. Religion felicitates faith and psychological rejuvenation.

We may wish the elimination of religion. But for all the ills we are facing it is not the religion that is responsible; but the individuals who misinterpret and hijack the religions and their sacred texts and tenets.

Just as we do not think of eliminating language and associated regional cultures even if languages and associated regional cultures cause conflicts and fanaticism as is happening, we must devise counters to deal with the hijacking of religions by fanatics; but not think of eliminating religions which is impossible as eliminating languages and regional cultures.

All intellectuals who blame religion and the negative aspects have to get themselves educated about the benefits of religions, their purpose in the society and the spirituality they developed.

Very few can be spiritual without following any religion. Bur many need the anchor of religion and faith for a psychologically comforting course of life.

Let us all strive to rid the religions of the evil influence of fanatics, superstitious followers, half-baked religious teachers and terrorists. It is the duty of the world; not just of this religion or that religion or rituals.

Religion and language are essential ingredients of human civilization and culture.

Selfie-Irresponsibility

I very amusingly read the "confessions" of celebrity-heroines about their directors or co-stars, how the directors or co-stars have exploited them sexually.for many years, many years after the incidents allegedly took place. Why so?

Why they did not express themselves immediately after the events or during when the exploitation is going on? Did the heroines fear discontinuance of their career if they complain or go to media?

Why they are, now, coming to the media with all their stories and waling? l see red in such allegations. When it has been alright or convenient to them they "obliged" but now are complaining so vehemently? Every one knows the ways in entertainment industry. Acting naive will not make the exploiters demons.

Also many women and girls say they were raped under the promise of marrying. Is it a valid pretext? In the first place why they made themselves available in isolation to their lover-turned-exploiter - cheater? No one asks them this question. If answer to this question is known, which they know but pretend are naive to the consequences is only trying fooling themselves.

Another humorous thing is, when a man and woman are in relationship and are in live-in partnership and living together in a dwelling, the women in such relationship are complaining that they are raped certain times. The men involved and the judiciary are perplexed; which session is consensus one and which session is a rape in their series of sex enjoyments.

This kind of crying is not going to help any one, neither the victim nor the society. One must be careful before submitting to their lover. That they will not do. But blame man that he cheated them on marriage promise.

Which writing counsels them to engage in pre-marital sex if their lover promises to marry them? Governments and NGOs are supporting such irresponsibility. Sex is enjoyed in an consensus way; later complainants are made for various disappointments. Carelessness and eagerness for joy cannot save them when they are cheated by their lovers.
Most of the female victims are well-educated, know the world well, and some are employed also. How then they can claim about innocence of ways of men and cry cheating? Blaming men for everything will not absolve them of their irresponsibility about themselves.

Equality All Around

Going bold and bearing it all is being done by many girls and boys in modeling and for photograph series and movies not mentioning porn.

And many girls and boys are attending pubs and are drinking till short hours and are drunk-driving; men and women are equally enjoying life and are equally becoming criminals in murdering spouses for paramours.

Where are the lib-mov-supporters? There is equality all around. You must celebrate.

The phase of cessation of mental activities is called the phase of rested mind or resting mind. This phase of mind, also known phase of Self is called, pure consciousness, unoccupied awareness, content-free contentment, peace, bliss, silence, time and ego-transcending phase.
Time never travels backward. Only processes reverse or retrace their path. Then time is assumed to travel backwards. Existence of parallel universe is not a physical reality, just a mathematical conjecture.

Cricket; 

India was defeated in two tests and lost series with South Africa not because South Africa played very well but because our cricketers played below their par.

South African batsmen could not master or dominate Indian bowlers. They played our bowlers in an above average way. But our batsmen for inexplicable and unknown reasons to us, played very disappointingly.
