హృదయం చైతన్య స్థానము. స్థానమేమి? చైతన్యమే!

మెత్తని పరుపులు, దిండ్లూ గాఢ నిద్రను చేకూరుస్తాయని, మెలకువని అంతరింప చేస్తాయని ఆశ. అందుకే శయ్యను ఎంతోఓపికతో చక్కగా అమర్చుకుంటారు. కాని మృదు శయ్య గాఢ నిద్రలో లెక్కకు రాదు.

తాత్పర్యమేమంటే, మన సర్వ యత్నాలూ అజ్ఞానము పోగొట్టుకోవడానికే గాని జ్ఞానం సిద్ధించాక వాని ప్రహోజనము లేదు. స్వేచ్చకు, విధికి అతీతముగా ఉండడమే, స్వేచ్చ చేత విధిని జయించడము.

ఆత్మ నీ కెఱుకయే. ఆత్మ నీ ఎఱుకయే.

The unfair Tax exemption to Education and healthcare providers

It is not realistic but only pampering not to tax education and health care facilities under new GST rules.

It is a wide-spread, kabooliwala-type and unpleasant experience for middle class and lower middle class citizens from being squeezed by corporate educational institutions and health care facilities in the form of fees and hospital bills. Nothing is done in these institutions in the spirit of education and health care.

When these institutions are being run as factories and money-earning entities, why should the government exempt them from taxing? 

Is it in any way in the spirit of education when private educations are charging one lakh and more than one lakh for admission to LKG class? How ridiculous it is? Then, why the government shuns from and "shies" away from taxing these money-making organizations ignoring the spirit of the profession?

Is it because many elite individuals are running these "factories"?

It is in no way defensible to avoid these money squeezing education and health care institutions which are being run as any other business from taxation. These are no longer public service
organizations which are run in the spirit of the nobleness associated with education and healthcare provisions.

Many middle class and lower middle citizens are squeezed of money to pay the exorbitant fees they have to pay for this essential and fundamental necessities and a human being cannot abstain from getting educated and being taken care of when in illness.

Governments should not be hand in glove with corporate entities and must see the reality and tax them for the business they are doing with citizens' essential requirements. Let the government get part of this loot and do something for the citizens.

Putting education and healthcare out of tax bracket is not in tune with the exploitation these institutions are indulging in and and this exemption more out of doing favor to these big business entities.

Let not the citizens be crushed under the heavy toll of fees being collected by educational and healthcare institutions. It is not wisdom to show favoritism when the institutions are not at all caring to adhere to the nobleness of the professions and are making money at the cost of middle and lower middle class citizens of India. Let them be taxed as any other business.

Education and healthcare providing is no longer the noble professions they have been.

 BJP face in Tamilnadu
 
In one TV interview, the senior BJP leader and MP, Swamy has commented that Rajanikant is not a Tamilian and so is not "eligible" to be a political leader in Tamilnadu. This is really an interesting observation.

But the history of Tamilandu informs another reality. Mr. M.G. Ramachandran the most popular leader and CM is also not a Tamilian. His disciple and another CM is also not from Tamilnadu; the leader is from Karnataka. And many say the origins of Karunanidhi are from Andhrapradesh.

So now why Swamy the intellectual is objecting in case of Rajanikant? May be lot of politics is involved in that statement.

BJP better consider Swamy as its face in Tamilnadu. But seasoned BJP is aware that voters and citizens are comfortable with entertainers from any field and never are comfortable with intellectuals. Democracy functions more by emotion and least by intellectualism. It is surprising that Swamy is not aware of this..

The Lalit Gate!

Association of all leading politicians belonging to ruling and opposition parties as presidents and other functionaries of various BCCI and state cricket associations and their involvement in all the functions and activities is the strength of Mr. Lalit Modi. No politician can do any harm to Lalit Modi without harming himself. This Lalit gate has to die a natural death in view of high profile individuals' participation in all omissions and commissions of Mr. Modi. So only Lalit Modi is not afraid of any one. He will expose all politicians who enjoyed cricket money in league with him.

That is why, Mr. Lalit Modi is also fearlessly making comments on present president of India for his actions as finance minister. And government is keeping mum. Very interesting and intriguing state of affairs are taking in Indian Union. A fugitive is "blaming" and dragging all chief persons of present and past ministries of Indian government and no one is contradicting his statements, tweets, revelations and challenges. A single person is taking Indian ruling and opposition party elite leaders and ministers to task and none is opening his mouth. Conscious or unconscious, intentional or unintentional illegal and corrupt actions and money earning in association with criminal elements always rebounds especially when you came to power advertising to fight corruption, black money and like financial and administrative misdoings and wrong doings. Definitely the moral authority and posing of government and its ministers got dented.

In India cricket money is playing havoc with one and all of Indian politicians.

Delhi election result-Panic in BJP

The BJP has unnecessarily panicked and made Delhi elections very important and prestigious. And by importing Ms. Kiran Bedi have acknowledged that in the Delhi BJP unit there is not even a single person worthy to face and take on Mr. Kejriwal. The BJP has come to power by criticizing Congress' corruption, inefficiency and deficiencies. Thus it will be natural it has also to take care its and its leaders' inefficiencies and deficiencies. The voters are wondering how the corrupt politicians are found to be fit to be taken into central cabinet and given charge of money-making portfolios. And why black money given to political parties as donations is not considered as black money. The political parties may think it is not a matter to bother about. But the citizens are also wondering why all principal political parties are not declaring the fund-raising and fund-donations and make the names and amounts donated public. 

The central ministers must be as clean as Mr. Modi and patriotic as Mr. Modi. Just one Modi cannot reform India. All citizens must help him by being sincere and patriotic; including his cabinet colleagues and party leaders including allies like Telugu Desam and others. Citizens are in no mood to suffer corruption and black-money raising by congress or BJP or any national or regional party. Mr. Modi and Amit Shah must make note of this. They must first cleanse their cabinet and party and black-money generated in India by their corporate and business friends too. India should ;be made free from misrule and corruption from all political parties, bureaucrats, corporates and government employees, especially in relation to revenue, registration, transport, check-posts, and like all "money-spinning" and money-making (by employees and people's representatives) government departments.
This Delhi elections' victory is a victory for truth and honesty. This must be realized by all. Especially those national and regional parties who want to be an ally for AAP> But AAP knows whom to keep at a distance.

BJP must work towards this goal sincerely if it wants to remain relevant. It must transcend Modi and build clean cadre and leaders. Else AAP will displace it in next elections.

Mere slogans and worthless election manifestos won't be of any help anymore.
